The Budget Committee meets annually on each Wednesday in December at 6:00pm in the Town Hall Dining Room. The committee will meet with each Town Department Head to cover their department budgets asking questions and recommending changes as necessary. After the Department budgets are set, the committee then makes a recommendation on the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) to set for employees wages for the budget year and then votes to recommend the budget as prepared to the Select Board for approval and submission to the residents for approval at the Annual Town Meeting held the following March.
